I am a licensed psychologist and credentialed school psychologist with years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I also work with adults and families as they deal with many of the challenges that can arise from biological conditions or trauma. Additionally, I do psychological evaluations with formal testing such as intelligence tests, personality tests, etc. for clients to help clarify diagnoses and inform treatment. A referral to start this process generally comes from the primary therapist or doctor, but in certain cases a self-referral is also acceptable.

My personal treatment modalities focus on unconditional regard, genuineness, healing, and health for my clients who are often in the midst of very dysfunctional or traumatic times in their lives. I generally use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), and a variety of other techniques from treatment modalities such as: Triple P, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I enjoy working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Autism Spectrum issues, Past Trauma and/or abuse, and other mood disorders. I am honored to watch the growth that can occur within an individual, family, or parent during the course of therapy. I am also privileged to help clients find answers regarding diagnoses or treatment recommendations that they may have been seeking for years using formalized testing.

Finally, as times change and treatment modalities expand, I am happy to note that I offer teletherapy as an option for individuals, as appropriate, who may have challenges with traveling, etc.
