Connie Turnipseed

Get to know Connie

Connie has been a Shasta County resident since 1992. She Graduated from Simpson University with a BA in Psychology in 2010. She went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Psychology in 2012. Connie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She’s been practicing since 2012 and has a wealth of experience before and after her University Graduation. She has worked with children and families extensively. She enjoys working with couples and adults as well. Her favorite population is the adolescents. Connie was part of the Redding Counselors Group that recently joined with Creekside in 2019. Not surprisingly, she comes to us with experience from Victor Youth Services. She loves the challenge! Connie employs multiple modalities when working with her clients, ie CBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy and her favorite, the Satir Transformational System of Therapy. Connie is truly a “People Maker” in her own right. She is honest and direct with her communication and easily builds rapport with her clients. Come see Connie for a life changing experience.
