Daniella Pavone
Get to know Daniella “Dani”
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 143032) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC17028).
I earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Shasta College in 2011. I then transferred to the University of California Santa Barbara; where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2013, with a double minor in Applied Psychology and Education. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, with an Emphasis in Professional Clinical Counseling and a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, from National University in 2021.
I have been trained in several therapeutic modalities for the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. I am experienced with providing individual therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults. Additionally, I am experienced in providing couples therapy. I draw from a number of theoretical approaches to therapy; including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Trauma Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, coping skills, psychoeducation, grounding and relaxation techniques, as well as art and play therapy.
