Grounded in acceptance, mindfulness, strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, Cené integrates empathy, active listening, and practical skill-building to help clients increase emotional awareness and develop healthy coping strategies.

With a warm, nonjudgmental presence, Cené strives to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Outside of her clinical work, Cené is dedicated to ongoing learning and is passionate about supporting underserved populations, particularly those affected by trauma, poverty, and systemic barriers. She finds joy in music, nurturing her plants, swimming, and sharing moments with nature, all of which reflect her deep reverence for life and connection.
