Get to know Bryan

Welcome! I’m Bryan Adams, and I would be honored to be part of your journey toward healing and growth.

I am a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, where I served as an infantryman and airborne ranger. My military background instilled in me a sense of discipline, resilience, and a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting those who have served, though I am open and eager to work with individuals from all walks of life.

I have completed a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on Development and Personality. Currently, I am completing a master’s degree in social work while training at Creekside, where I am gaining hands-on experience and building the skills necessary to serve my clients effectively. Over the past three years, I have worked as a social worker in Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehama Counties, providing support to a wide range of individuals, from children and families to veterans and first responders.

My approach is direct and grounded in humanistic principles, which means I believe in every individual’s inherent worth and potential. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

Whether you’re facing life transitions, coping with trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you, offering empathy, insight, and practical strategies tailored to your needs. I look forward to working with you and helping you navigate life’s challenges and opportunities.
